Daniel continually strives to ensure that quality is delivered at every stage of a project from inception to completion. He prides himself on D & K Carpentry’s ability to deliver projects on time, within budget and with exceptional quality, thus ensuring that a large volume of repeat business is secured from our established client base which Daniel is keen to expand.
Kieran believes that a well planned project focused on Health and Safety is the key to delivering exceptional quality and performance on all projects. As such Kieran works closely with our Health and Safety Consultant at South Wales Safety Consultancy to ensure that the highest of standards are achieved on every project.
Rhodri, through his background in accounts, ensures all the financial aspects of our business are kept in check. He liaises with our external accountants to certify all end of year procedures. Rhodri is responsible for the administration of the business and communicates with all members of staff to ensure the office runs smoothly.
Scott carries out the completion and submission of tenders, and is responsible for managing the cost effectiveness of projects. Scott is keen to consolidate D&K Carpentry reputation of delivering exceptional quality and performance on all projects, and is looking forward to building lasting relationships with customers old and new.
Josh is responsible for producing estimates from schedules of works, BOQ’s, drawings and specifications for a wide range of clients. He prepares best value exercises and quality submissions, seeking alternative methods of construction and products to fit clients budget and time contraints.
Health & Safety Officer
Michelle is the newest addition to D&K Carpentry with over 10 years experience in the construction industry working for glazing, drywall and carpentry contractors. She is NEBOSH qualified in construction H&S and is responsible for the delivery and compliance of all the companys health & safety needs.
Lydia is responsible for reviewing and reconciling accounts, processing payments to external partners and maintaining updated records of invoices and receipts. She liaises with clients to ensure payments are on time and other ad hoc duties as required by the directors.
Senior Contracts Manager
Paul oversees our projects from start through to completion, ensuring that work is completed on time and within budget. Health & Safety is a top priority for Paul and his goal is to meet to clients expectation at all times. Paul has 20 years experience and his skills and knowledge are at the core of the project team.
Greg brings a wealth of experience to D&K having worked in the construction industry for over 30 years. SMSTS qualified, he has a hands on approach to every project and works closely with the contractors to ensure sites are well managed, on time and with exceptional standards.
